NEAB offices will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 09 January 2026. Normal operations resume on 12 January 2026.

The Namibia Estate Agents Board advises that Fidelity Fund Certificates will only be issued upon submission of a valid Certificate of Conduct not older than six months. FFCs will be withheld where this requirement has not been met.
