Upon gazetting, the new fees will take effect from the date specified in the Government Gazette. All transactions processed on or after this effective date will be subject to the updated fee schedule.
Summary of Adjusted Fees:

Agents and Agency fees from NAD 500 to NAD 790
Identity cards from NAD 100 to NAD 160
Fidelity Fund levy from NAD 300 to NAD 480
Change levy from NAD 300 to NAD 480
Late renewal levy from NAD 1000 to NAD 3000
Late Audit submission levy from NAD 1000 to NAD 1580
Certificate reprint from NAD 100 to NAD 480
Induction training fee will remain at NAD 1000
Examination registration fee from NAD 2200 to NAD 3480
Registrations and renewals completed prior to the gazette date will be processed under the current fee structure. Submissions made on or after the effective date will automatically reflect the revised fees.
Background
The last fee adjustment was implemented in 2015. Since then, NEAB has consistently invested in service enhancements, system upgrades, and initiatives aimed at strengthening regulatory standards. To sustain these improvements and align Namibia’s fee structure with regional norms, the adjustments have become necessary.
Next Steps
The official gazette date will be announced via the NEAB website, email notifications, and social media platforms.
A comprehensive breakdown of the revised fees will be published upon gazetting.
Our support team remains available to assist stakeholders throughout this transition.
Final Note
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we implement these essential changes. NEAB remains committed to fostering a professional, sustainable, and well-regulated real estate sector in Namibia.
