On 11 February 2025, Mr. Festus Unengu, the Manager of the Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB), visited the residence of His Excellency Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, Namibia’s Founding Father, to pay his respects following the nation’s loss.

Mr. Unengu solemnly signed the book of condolences, extending his heartfelt sympathies to the family and the people of Namibia. He acknowledged Dr. Sam Nujoma’s unparalleled contribution to the country’s independence, development, and national identity.
