The Namibia Estate Agents Board will conduct its online estate agents’ examination on 28th March 2026. Registration open from 02 February 2026 to 20 March 2026, with a non-refundable fee of N$2,200. Induction training follows upon passing.
The Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) successfully hosted the Principles of Real Estate Agents Online Examination on 06 December 2025 at UNAM campuses in Windhoek, Henties Bay, and Ongwediva, ensuring wider access for aspiring estate agents across Namibia.
