NEAB Successfully Hosts Second Examination on the Principles of Real Estate!

The Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) successfully hosted the Principles of Real Estate as prescribed in Government Notice R1409 of July 1983 promulgated in terms of The Estate Agents Act 112 of 1976 (as amended) on Saturday, 27 June 2027.
The examination formed part of NEAB’s ongoing commitment to strengthening professionalism, competence, and ethical standards within Namibia’s real estate sector. Candidates were given the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of key principles that guide the practice of real estate, including industry regulations, professional conduct, property transactions, and client service.
NEAB extends its appreciation to all candidates who participated in the examination and commends them for their dedication to professional development. The Board also acknowledges the examination officials, UNAM, invigilators, and support teams whose preparation and coordination contributed to the smooth and successful delivery of the session.
