2027 Fidelity Fund Certificate Applications and Renewals
The Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) hereby informs all estate agents and estate agencies that the latest application and renewal forms must be used when applying for 2027 Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs).
Applicants are requested to ensure that they download and complete the most recent forms available on the NEAB website.

Applicants are reminded to carefully review the requirements applicable to their registration or renewal category. All required documents and information must be submitted before an application can be processed. Incomplete applications may result in delays.
Submission of Applications
Completed application or renewal forms, together with all required supporting documents, must currently be submitted to: registrations@neab.co.na
Estate agents and agencies are requested to use this dedicated email address for 2027 Fidelity Fund Certificate applications and renewals.
Transition to the NEAB Online Digital Platform
NEAB is continuing its transition towards a fully digital application and renewal process.
Over the coming months, the submission of applications by email will be phased out. Thereafter, applications and renewals will be processed strictly through the NEAB online digital platform.
Estate agents and agencies are therefore encouraged to familiarize themselves with NEAB's online services as the Board moves towards a more efficient, accessible and streamlined digital registration and renewal process.
Further communication regarding the transition to compulsory online applications will be issued by NEAB.

Ensure that all applicable requirements have been met.
Attach all required supporting documentation.
