The Namibia Estate Agents Board advises that Fidelity Fund Certificates will only be issued upon submission of a valid Certificate of Conduct not older than six months. FFCs will be withheld where this requirement has not been met.
NEAB reminds agents that FFC renewals and new applications close on 31 October 2025. Due to delays in police clearance processing, last year’s certificate with proof of 2025 payment will be accepted temporarily.
