Renewal and Application of Fidelity Fund Certificates - October 2025!

Dear Estate Agents and Agencies,

This serves as a reminder that the annual renewal of the Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and applications for new certificates will close at the end of October 2025.

The Namibia Estate Agents Board (NEAB) acknowledges the current challenges agents and agencies face in obtaining updated Police Clearance Certificates (Certificates of Conduct) from the Namibian Police.

In light of these delays, NEAB will provisionally accept renewals and new applications accompanied by:

• The Police Clearance Certificate from last year, and

• Proof of payment for the new Police Clearance Certificate (2025)

This interim arrangement is only valid until 31 October 2025. Agents are expected to submit the new Police Clearance Certificate as soon as it becomes available to complete their file.

We encourage all stakeholders to make the necessary arrangements well in advance to avoid last-minute submissions.
